This format gave me the confidence to implement new strategies in my life immediately, in contrast to my past failed attempts. I didn’t just learn “how” to pursue a healthy lifestyle– “what” and “why” also became much clearer.

I’ve had Breann as my trainer for a number of years. Following knee replacements I found that her expertise in kinesiology was far more valuable to me than the medical physical therapy I had. Because she is able to adjust workouts to individual needs (from achieving specific goals in workouts to helping alleviate aches and pains that come along), she is particularly suited to taking you from a beginner to an achiever of goals in most areas. As well, she’s knowledgeable in the areas of nutrition, diet, and achieving behavior goals. I would highly recommend StayFIT’s staff as a coach/trainer to anyone who wants to improve himself/herself.

The warm, friendly vibes and expert trainers led by professional trainer, Breann are what keep me involved with StayFIT. Workouts are tailored to your goals and abilities. A variety of classes and activities cater to those who like group activity, and the massages are excellent.
